Asks Members to Support Odudu's Leadership, Sweep Impudence,Strife Under Carpet

The state lawmaker spoke in a statement after he joined other dignitaries including traditional rulers and other well-wishers on Monday to celebrate with the new NURTW boss at the inauguration ceremony, the programme which was held at the union's secretariat in Akure, the Ondo state capital.
Ifabiyi affirmed that the appointment and confirmation of comrade Ademola Odudu as state boss of the transport union after the prolonged suspension of the dissolved NURTW's executives under the defunct Idajo-led leadership in the state is a right step in a right direction.
The former special adviser to governor Rotimi Akeredolu on political matters while expressing optimism that the leadership of Odudu as state chairman of the drivers union would open windows of several opportunities for the teeming youths in Ondo state, noted that this would equally abolish all forms of insensibility among members in the state.
He advised other executive members of the union to support comeade Odudu led leadership for a sustainable growth,just as he equally urged members of the union across 18 Local Government Areas of the state to always maintain peace and tranquility and sweep all forms of impudence or strife among members and its sister union,the Road Employers Association of Nigeria, ( RTEAN) under carpet for a conducive Ondo state.

Speaking on the gesture, Hon Ifabiyi Olatunji,however, appreciated Ondo state Governor, Hon Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa for considering Ademola Odudu for the new role as Ondo State chairman of the national union of road transport workers (NURTW) in the state.
The lawmaker, therefore, prayed that God continues to strengthening members of the new union,just as he also wished Ademola Odudu a successful tenure of office.
According to him "Let's give thanks to our ever dynamic governor for considering Odudu for the new portfolio"
"I pray that,God should continue to multiply the needed strength required to pilot the boat effectively".
