Appeals to Other Contestants to Support Governor-Elect In Achieving the Projected Success
Following the APC's victory in the just concluded saturday Governorship Election in Ondo State, Irepodun Local Council Development Area transistion committee chairman, Gbenro Akintolayo has congratulated Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa for his resounding victory.
Akintolayo, through his social media handle on Monday noted that the victory recorded in Saturday governorship exercise is a reflection of Governor Aiyedatiwa's giant strides few months in office after the demise of late governor Akeredolu.
The Irepodun LCDA chairman, in a statement released while congratulating members of the ruling All Progressives Congress in Ondo state for the success achieved,asked all residents of the state to support Governor Aiyedatiwa to attain the projected success for economic prosperity.
"I am extending my warmest congratulations to Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa on his resounding victory in the just concluded Ondo State governorship election"
The Irepodun council boss further explained that "it is a testament to your exceptional leadership and the trust the people have in you".
He therefore challenged standard bearers from opposition parties jostled for governorship seat in the just concluded Saturday election to accept defeat and form a cluster with governor-elect for general overhauling of all sectors of the state.
"At this juncture,let all that contested this seat with governor-elect form a cluster for general development all sectors in our dear sunshine state". Akintolayo stated
