New Month: ONDO LAWMAKER TASKS GOVERNMENT, CITIZENS ON COHESION, EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION

Says Parties must Put the Keys At Their Front Burner In Achieving A Prosperous Nation

....As Ifabiyi Emphasize On Even and Odds In Remonstration

Hon Ifabiyi Olatunji has submitted that Nigeria as a sovereign nation would be more prosperous if cohesion and effective communication remain pivots in its system between the ruler and the ruled.

The chairman house committee on Governor's Office and Protocol at the Ondo State House of Assembly, gave the submission in his message as directed to his constituents for the month of August.

Ifabiyi Olatunji, a lawmaker representing Odigbo constituency 1 at the state hallow chamber pointed that for both parties to be intimated the  keys must be at the front burner of the duo to avoid misconception.

"It is absolutely important for government and its citizens to inculcate the habit of paving way for cohesion and effective communication in order to for the two parties to understand each other far better"

"They're essential keys to any nation or for business partners to underscore if prosperity remains the target"

"If there's effective communication between the parties involved there will be absence of misconception"

"I want to make a recall to my campaign promises,  I categorically viwed that there would be sanity throughout my tenure". Ifabiyi affirmed

Speaking on the planned August nationwide hunger remonstration, the lawmaker urged youths across the nation to sheathe their swords, just as he equally called on the federal government to provide a scintillating avenue for dialogue between the present administration and the citizens.

While noting some of the adversities always associating with protest when escalated to revolution as destruction of both private and public facilities which may lead to economic recession, Ifabiyi Olatunji called for a reasonable understanding between federal government and the citizens

The lawmaker, however urged security agencies in the country to ensure proper safety of all citizens and government facilities, adding that it is a constitutional right of citizens to protest to direct the attention of government to the yearning and aspiration of the people, but should not potent security threat nor a semblance of violence.

"Concerning the ongoing protest nationwide, I am imploring Nigerians to sheathe their swords or if need be, the demonstration should be moderate"

"You know, protest at times may escalate into revolution, and this may eventually lead to destruction of facilities and economic downturn"

"My advice to all our security agencies is that they should ensure proper manning of government properties and as well security of  citizen's should be guaranteed"

"Though, protest is a right for any citizen as enshrined in nation's constitution, hence could leads to anarchy if not properly managed". The lawmaker advised

Recall that Hon Ifabiyi Olatunji had recently appealed to Nigerians on the need to adopt dialogue to resolve the lingering issues instead of choosing protest as method to make their intentions known to government but not to allow hoodlums to infiltrate the protest if need be.
